Al Barzykowski joins Needham Bank as Vice President Structured Finance, Relationship Manager

Needham Bank recently announced that Al Barzykowski has joined the Structured Finance team as Vice President, Relationship Manager. In this position, Mr. Barzykowski will assist with the growth of the Commercial & Industrial Structured Finance portfolio. This will include handling commercial loans greater than $10 million in commitment size and advising borrowers on appropriate products and services.

Mr. Barzykowski is a well-experienced professional who has worked for over 20 years in the banking industry. His latest position was Credit Team Lead at Salem Five Bank, where he managed commercial and industrial loan requests and portfolio management activities. Prior to that, he was Vice President at State Street Bank & Trust.

Mr. Barzykowski received his bachelor of arts in business management from Curry College and his MBA with a concentration in finance from Suffolk University. He also is currently an adjunct professor for Southern New Hampshire University, where he teaches an array of finance, accounting and business-related courses.
