MEDFIELD, MA---As a community-first organization, Needham Bank looks for ways to engage employees in supporting their local communities. In the spirit of giving back, the Bank asked all of their retail employees from their nine branches to bring canned or dried goods for the local food pantries to the most recent quarterly meeting. As part of the evening, a branch was randomly selected to receive all of the donations for their local food pantry and the Medfield branch won.

“We pride ourselves on not only contributing financially to our communities, but also giving back in other ways,” commented Eric Morse, Executive Vice President of Needham Bank. “The volume of donations brought by each branch speaks to the spirit of community giving within the Needham Bank culture.”

In addition to rewarding the local food pantry with a car-full of donations, the Medfield branch was also treated to a Thanksgiving themed lunch at the branch. Joe Campanelli, President and Chief Executive Officer, Sal Rinaldi, Chief Administrative Officer, and Eric Morse, Executive Vice President, brought a turkey lunch to the Medfield employees on November 20th to thank them for their service to the community.

“Thanksgiving lunch with members of the executive team was such a fun way to kick off the holiday season,” remarked Marjorie Cappucci, Branch Manager of Needham Bank’s Medfield Office. “Even more than the lunch, we enjoyed being able to give back to our community through the food cupboard.
