Needham Bank Names Linda Farley SVP Human Resources/Learning & Development

NEEDHAM, MA -- Needham Bank today announced that Linda Farley of Needham has joined the bank as Senior Vice President – Human Resources/Learning & Development. Reporting to EVP and Chief Operating Officer Sal Rinaldi, Farley is responsible for leading the human resources and the learning & development function during a period of continued growth and transformation at the bank.

A graduate of Holy Cross with a MBA degree from Northeastern University, Farley served as the HR lead at two high tech companies before taking a position as a Human Resources Consultant with Insight Performance, Inc. in 2003. Most recently, beginning in 2008, she was Director of Human Resources at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, a large ophthalmology practice with 500 employees, nine offices and four affiliated surgery centers in the greater Boston area.

A Needham native, Farley has been active in the community. She has served as a member of the board of the Needham Pool & Racquet Club; she is a past Parent Teacher Council board member at the Broadmeadow Elementary School; and she also served as a board member of Needham Newcomers.
