Patrick Murphy joins Needham Bank as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Lender

Needham Bank recently announced that Patrick Murphy joined the Commercial Lending department as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Lender. He will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing and recommending approval of commercial loans and advising borrowers on financial status and methods of payment.

Mr. Murphy has a track record of top performance with leading financial institutions that he is bringing to his new role. Most recently, he was Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager for the Commercial Lending Group at TD Bank, where he increased new loan growth and expanded the CRE portfolio for New England. In 2020, he received TD Bank’s WOW! award for his high performance.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester.
