Theresa Conroy joins Needham Bank as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, Middle Market

Needham Bank recently announced that Theresa Conroy joined the Commercial and Industrial Lending department as vice president, senior relationship manager, middle market. She will be responsible for driving new business and developing relationships with Middle Market C&I customers by providing superior service and support.  

Ms. Conroy brings over 16 years of experience to her new role, most recently as a vice president, relationship manager at TD Bank. While she was there, she developed and managed commercial loan accounts for companies with revenues between $10-$50MM. Prior to that, she worked at Sovereign Bank/Santander as a vice president, credit officer.

A resident of Milton, Massachusetts, Ms. Conroy holds a bachelor of science degree in business management with a concentration in finance from Babson College and an MBA from Boston College. She is a former member of the board of directors at MassEcon and a former council member at American Cancer Society’s New England Cancer Action Network.
