Needham Bank, which for more than a century has served as New England’s “Builder’s Bank,” has established a new Structured Finance team focused on providing senior capital to emerging and high-growth companies.

Needham Bank announced that Scott Tower joined the Commercial and Industrial lending team as vice president, C&I underwriting team leader. Mr. Tower will be responsible for managing the C&I credit underwriting function, prioritizing the C&I loan pipeline, analyzing and monitoring the credit worthiness of customers, and developing and managing a team of credit analysts.

Needham Bank recently announced that Theresa Conroy joined the Commercial and Industrial Lending department as vice president, senior relationship manager, middle market. She will be responsible for driving new business and developing relationships with Middle Market C&I customers by providing superior service and support.

Needham Bank recently announced that Patrick Murphy joined the Commercial Lending department as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Lender. He will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing and recommending approval of commercial loans and advising borrowers on financial status and methods of payment.

Needham Bank recently held a groundbreaking at the site of its new Dedham branch location. After spending 14 years in the same building, the Dedham branch is scheduled to move down the road from its current location to 326 Washington Street in the fall of 2021.

Needham Bank announced that Wayne Dunn has joined the Information Technology department as First Vice President, System Development Director. Mr. Dunn is an accomplished IT executive who will be responsible for the application and reporting architecture, as well as the foundation of IT technologies at Needham Bank.

Needham Bank recently announced that Scott Drugotch will be leading the Facilities Department as Vice President, Facilities Director. Reporting to Jim White, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Drugotch will be responsible for the general maintenance of Needham Bank’s facilities and daily operations.

Needham Bank announced that Kathy Wright has recently joined the Operations team as Vice President, Contact Center Director. Ms. Wright has over 25 years of experience in financial services with specific expertise in contact center operations and management that she is bringing to her new role.
