Needham Bank Customer Featured on Chronicle TV

DEDHAM, MA--- Peter Smith, Partner at Oxbow Partners LLC, was recently featured on Chronicle TV to discuss their incredible work renovating and revitalizing the historic Norfolk House in Dedham.

Built in 1801, the iconic Norfolk House originally served as an Inn and was visited by Presidents Lincoln, Jackson, and Adams along with many other dignitaries. In 1905 the building was converted to a sprawling, majestic single family home, designed by renowned architect Frank Chateau Brown. It remained a single family home until 2015 when Oxbow Partners began meticulously converting it into six elegant residential apartments.

Completed in 2016, the transformation project combined 19th century Federalist and Colonial Revival splendor and style with the best of modern design and comfort in mind. Click here to learn more about the Norfolk House.
