Needham Bank Hires James Dietel, VP Cash Management Officer

Photo of Jim Dietel, Cash Management OfficerNEEDHAM, MA--- Needham Bank announced that James Dietel of Randolph has joined the Bank’s Private Banking Group as Vice President, Cash Management Officer. In this new role, Mr. Dietel will be responsible for the sales efforts for Needham Bank’s recently enhanced Cash Management Suite. He will work closely with all areas of the Bank to provide cash management banking services to current customers and prospects.

With over 19 years of experience, Mr. Dietel also brings an extensive knowledge of government and municipal banking to Needham Bank. Most recently, he held the position of Government Banking Relationship Manager with Brookline Bank and prior to that he worked at Santander Bank for more than 18 years in Small Business, Cash Management, and Government Banking.

“Needham Bank has created a very desirable suite of Cash Management products and has a great reputation in the community,” remarked Dietel. “I’m already starting to reconnect with my past clients and look forward to introducing them to everything Needham Bank has to offer.”

In addition to his job experience, he attended Northeastern University where he studied Finance and is an active member of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association, as well as many of the local and county municipal finance associations in Massachusetts.
