Needham Bank Hires Jim White as SVP, Director Operations

NEEDHAM, MA---Needham Bank announced that they’ve brought on Jim White of Duxbury Massachusetts as a Senior Vice President, Director Operations. Mr. White brings over 35 years of experience in the banking industry to his new role with Needham Bank including senior roles at both Santander Bank and Sovereign Bank. In this new role, he will manage Deposit and Loan Operations, Reporting and Analytics, and Facilities for the Bank.

Mr. White holds an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University, where he earned a BS in Finance and began his banking career in the school’s co-op program. He also holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. In addition to his education and professional credentials, he also serves as a Board Member for the North East Contact Center Forum and is actively involved with the Duxbury Alternative Energy Commission.
