Needham Bank Launches Community Loan Program

To aid us in this mission we recently created a new path towards achieving home ownership specifically for our neighbors who may have previously felt this milestone would be unattainable. 

Named the Community Loan Program, this unique opportunity features discounted interest rates, is available on purchases as well as refinances, and the Bank pays all closing costs except for escrows and owner’s title insurance.

This program does carry some restrictions including a maximum income threshold and geographic requirements.
