Needham Bank Names Delisa Joseph Vice President, CRA Officer

NEEDHAM, MA-- Needham Bank today announced that Delisa Joseph has joined the bank as Vice President, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer. Reporting to Peter Bakkala, Chief Risk Officer, Ms. Joseph will primarily be responsible for directing all CRA and Fair Lending activities for the organization and will actively represent the bank in the community.

A resident of Boston, Ms. Joseph most recently worked for the State Street Corporation as Assistant Vice-President for Enterprise Risk Management and has been active in non-profit community organizations in Boston for several years. Prior to joining State Street she held a succession of positions of increasing responsibility at Citigroup Inc. in their Buffalo, New York, office.

Ms. Joseph holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Niagara University; a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Buffalo, The State University of New York.

Outside of her work life, Ms. Joseph volunteers as a member of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) as a certified workshop facilitator in the City of Boston’s “AAUW Work Smart” program; she also participates in community events and programs organized by the Boston Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., America’s oldest and most prestigious African-American Greek Letter sorority.
