Needham Bank Names Stephen J. Kotsios as Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager

NEEDHAM, MA -- Needham Bank today announced that Stephen J. Kotsios has joined the bank as a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager. Reporting to Ken Fishman, Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Lending Team Leader, Kotsios is responsible for ongoing portfolio management in the Commercial Real Estate lending area, as well as managing Needham Bank’s growing portfolio of clients, providing them with loan and other products and services.

A graduate of UMass - Lowell, Kotsios began his business career as an agent with New York Life. He has subsequently worked in a series of roles of greater responsibility with TD Bank in Leominster and Firestone Financial, LLC, in Needham. Most recently, he was an AVP and Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Savings in the Commercial Real Estate division.

In addition to his lending experience, Kotsios is proficient in credit risk analysis and a wide range of risk management concepts and practices.
