Nicole Barbour Promoted to Retail Trainer at Needham Bank

NEEDHAM, MA---Needham Bank announced today that Nicole Barbour of Bellingham has been promoted from Assistant Branch Manager to Retail Trainer. A new role for the Bank, the Retail Trainer will be designing an improved orientation and ongoing training program for employees of the Bank’s nine branches. Ms. Barbour will implement the new program and work side by side with individual employees to ensure they’re delivering the Bank’s legendary customer service.

Ms. Barbour brings ten years of experience in banking to her new role as Retail Trainer. Since joining Needham Bank, Ms. Barbour has held roles as a Customer Service Representative, Teller Supervisor, and most recently, Assistant Branch Manager of the Bank’s Millis Office. While holding the position of Assistant Branch Manager, she was also the team leader and took on the responsibility of training the retail staff during an upgrade to the Bank’s online banking system.

Ms. Barbour will work closely with Sean Leary, Learning and Development Manager, and Eric Morse, Executive Vice President on the new training initiatives.
