Scott Drugotch joins Needham Bank as Vice President, Facilities Director

Needham Bank recently announced that Scott Drugotch will be leading the Facilities Department as Vice President, Facilities Director. Reporting to Jim White, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Drugotch will be responsible for the general maintenance of Needham Bank’s facilities and daily operations.

He brings over 20 years of facilities management and project management experience to his new role. Most recently, he was Global Real Estate Capital Projects for Nuance Communications where he directed the design and construction of external and internal project teams. Prior to that, he spent 20 years as the Vice President, Regional Manager of Capital Projects and Real Estate Assets at State Street Corporation, responsible for a North America portfolio of more than 30 plus locations.

“My role is to oversee all aspects of building operations and support our employees with a quality work environment,” said Mr. Drugotch. “The facilities’ needs have grown more important, especially during Covid-19, in order to ensure the safety of Needham Bank’s customers and employees. I am proud to be joining a company that is taking this matter seriously and I look forward to partnering with our management team.”

A resident of Stow, Massachusetts, Mr. Drugotch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Spring Garden College in Philadelphia, PA.
