Julie White, Vice President of Private Banking, was recently featured in the Spring edition of RegisToday, the bi-annual publication by her alma mater, highlighting her participation with the alumni job shadowing program.

Needham Bank provided the initial funding of $8,500 to help establish the Dover Neighbors’ Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to benefit Dover residents who temporarily fall on hard times and may need a helping hand.

This year, many runners could not continue due to suffering from severe weather related health challenges and Needham Bank employees were there to help.

In this new role, Mr. Dietel will be responsible for the sales efforts for Needham Bank’s recently enhanced Cash Management Suite.

Mr. Edwards will focus on originating loans within the Boston area.

In this new role at the Bank, Ms. Barbour will be designing an improved orientation and ongoing training program for employees of the Bank’s nine branches.

As a Private Banker, Ms. Siddiqui will be working with new and existing clients in the MetroWest area.

Ms. Woods-McNish is currently the Director of Service and Giving for the Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare Foundation and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M, a Master’s in Education from Boston College, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Simmons College.

Mr. Marshall will be responsible for research, development, and implementation of new consumer lending products and solutions.
